Ranch Vixian was born out of love for horses and nature. These noble animals will take you to the most beautiful hidden parts of the Melnica and Pliš hills, the still unexplored natural landscape of the Slunj & Rastoke destination. In its western style, ranch Vixian is located under the hill of Melnica, right next to untouched nature, yet close enough to the town of Slunj & Rastoke and on the way to the Plitvice lakes National Park.

Equipment
Quality western saddles and riding equipment
For riding, we use western saddles, which are very safe and guarantee comfort to the rider. Each saddle can be adjusted to the rider. We will introduce you to other equipment needed for riding and show you how to use it correctly.
A protective helmet which is mandatory
We will provide you with protective helmets of appropriate sizes for riding safety, as well as additional protection when passing through the forest.
Professional & experienced guide
You will receive all the instructions and advice from an experienced guide who is very familiar with the horses at the ranch Vixian.
Meet our herd
Our herd currently consists of seven horses, Daisy, Rocky, Eon, Torro, Tessie and our little baby colts Dorado and Bill. All horses are extremely calm, gentle and well ridden in the American, western riding style. They are suitable for all beginners and safe for riding. We are sure that our ranch is a place where these inspiring creatures will become your best friends!
